Please read carefully before making a booking.
A reservation deposit of 25% of the rental fee is required to confirm your booking. The remaining 75% balance, together with the security deposit (€ 500) and mandatory end cleaning fee (€ 200), is due six weeks before the arrival date. If you do not pay the balance in full and on time, we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled and the cancellation conditions (as defined below) will apply.
Unless otherwise stated, the villa is available from 16:00 and check-out is at 10:00. Excessive damage (breakages, burn marks, stains, etc.) or theft of linen or furniture will be charged. You will receive two sets of keys on arrival — loss of keys will be charged at €50 per set. Pets are not permitted and smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. All rubbish must be removed from the property before check-out; failure to do so will result in the security deposit being withheld. If everything is in order after your departure, your deposit will be refunded within 7 days.

We advise you to take out cancellation insurance.
We do not expect to need to make changes to your booking once agreed, but occasionally issues arise and we may need to make amendments or, very rarely, cancel bookings. If this happens, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and inform you of the cancellation or change. If we cancel your booking, we will refund all amounts already paid. However, we will not be liable to refund any costs you have paid to a third party in connection with your holiday (including, without limitation, travel, entertainment, activities or insurance costs).
Spanish law requires us to collect passport details of ALL guests staying in the property. You agree to provide the required details, which MUST be accurate as on-site checks by local authorities may take place.
Every effort has been made to ensure you have an enjoyable and memorable holiday. However, should you have any cause for complaint it is important that action is taken as soon as possible. It is essential that you contact us if a problem arises so that it can be resolved quickly. It is often extremely difficult (and sometimes impossible) to address problems properly if we are not informed immediately. By discussing any issues with us while you are at the villa, any shortcomings can usually be remedied straight away. In particular, complaints of a transient nature (for example regarding the preparation or heating of the villa) cannot be investigated unless reported while you are resident at the property.
